Display Advertising
Requirements: creatives/tags, campaign start and end date, click-through URL (UTMs are accepted), and geotargeting (if applicable)

Ad Formats
- Compatible image types: GIF, JPEG, PNG;
- Third Party Serving is accepted and should be Google DFP compatible
- Frame rate: 25 frames per second maximum;
- Rich media creative require a GIF backup;
- Video is permitted but must be initiated by user click and display clearly visible start/stop video controls.

HTML5
The maximum HTML 5 file size is 1MB, including bundle and extracted files. HTML5 ads must include a clicktag within the index file to make sure the ad is clickable . For example - var clickTag = "http://www.mba.com";
Restrictions
- Do not extract the raw assets as the file reference will break thus not allowing GAM to pick up the references;
- ClickTag (var clickTag = "http://www.google.com";) needs to be on the index file - further testing require to see if GAM can still record clicks if the ClickTag is embedded into a JS file and not the index;
- FSize of creative needs to be added to the index for DFP to pick up the ad-size ( ). If not a 1x1 will be detected but the ad size we select in DFP will override this.
Animation
All animation must not exceed 15 seconds in TOTAL i.e. all animation must stop entirely after 15 seconds maximum. No more than 3 rotations/loops. No more than 4 variations of an advert on any tag to be supplied.
Audio
Audio is permitted, but must be initiated by user click and must include a clearly visible mute button if audio is used.
What happens next?
Once set up, we will send you a mock-up of the ad on our site for reference. The key metrics of your campaign will be included in your end of campaign report
Content & Social Campaigns
Requirements: A kick off meeting will take place with an editorial team member to talk through your content plan along with a schedule for your campaign. We devise key messaging for your social plan along with optimized ad headlines. Mock-ups will be then sent to the school for approval ahead of the live date. Social campaigns will only be set live once we have published your article and usually last 1 week.

Native Advertising
Requirements: Confirmation of how your native advertising impressions are to be split per article and any geotargeting ; no additional creatives are required

Deadline: geotargeting and impression split to confirm at the start of your sponsorship, before articles are published
We set up native ads within one week of the publication of the associated sponsored content piece. This content piece will contain all the creatives needed for the ad ; you won’t need to submit any content to us for native ads. By default we will allocate impressions evenly across all articles, but we can optimise the impressions to selected articles at your request or on the advice of our editorial team ; please advise us of this when our editorial team puts together your editorial plan. All native ads are set up to serve worldwide but you can provide specific geotargets.
BusinessBecause E-Blasts
We will schedule the dates for your e-blast and this will be on your media plan.

You can either provide us with a complete HTML file, or simply the images, copies and links for us to create the email for you.
We recommend a word count between 75 and 150 word in total and this email should include a clear call to action.
E-blasts can go out any day but we ask for the content to be received 1 week prior to the send date for testing.
The e-blast will be sent to our entire mailing list and scheduled for a time that is optimised for maximum open rate.

Lead Generation
Please contactProduction@businessbecause.com to set up your lead generation service. We will require the primary contact name and email address at your school who will receive all the leads
Once the lead generation service has been set up your school will receive a weekly email and with that a link to their leads portal, for which they enter their login details and enter the dates they would like to access and download.
Webinars
Requirements :
Our editor will contact you with a kick off webinar plan. All we require from you is the panellists you will be providing for the webinar along with the specific countries you want to target for the webinar.
We will design and create copy for your promotional marketing material (please be aware that we will optimise all your promotional activity for the webinar including social marketing. Please note that there is no approval process required from the school for all webinar promotion.
Post webinar we will send you the first name, last name and email address for all those registrants who have opted-in to be contacted by your school.
